Chilám® Potatoes


Ingredients:

For potatoes:

Chilám® Pastor (1 tbsp)

 2 large potatoes

For aioli: 

Chilám® Adobo (1 tbsp)

Greek yogurt (1/2 cup)

Lemon Juice (1 tbsp)

Onion powder (1/2 tsp)

1 Garlic clove (substitute 1/2 tsp garlic powder)

EVOO (1tbsp)

To prepare the aioli, blend all the ingredients in a processor. (For a smokier flavor, roast unpeeled garlic, peel and add to blend)

Deep fry or air fry potatoes until golden, strain and let sit on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Sprinkle a tablespoon of Chilám® Pastor and toss lightly.
